Recording whether each automated check has ever been seen to catch a planted defect. Coding agents built it under my direction, in a stack I don’t write, and the repository shows how that work was checked. Version 2 replays one check against its planted defects in CI on a weekly schedule and records the result with nobody typing it in. A person still opens the pull request that publishes it.
