Learn Texas Hold’em collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of ours for the app to talk to. This policy explains what the app keeps on your Apple TV, how the one in-app purchase works, and your rights under UK data protection law.

Who we are
Async Digital Ltd is the developer of Learn Texas Hold’em and the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law. The app itself sends nothing to us. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your Apple TV’s privacy settings, Apple may give us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you.

What the app keeps on your device
The app remembers which lessons you have finished, so it can show your progress. That record is stored only on your Apple TV, in the app’s own storage. It is not linked to your name or to any account, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
The app also writes short diagnostic messages to the Apple TV’s own system log, such as a note that a lesson was marked complete. These stay on the device. The app has no analytics and transmits no logs or usage data.
If you delete the app, your lesson progress is removed from your Apple TV with it.
The in-app purchase
The first lessons are free. The full course is a single, one-off in-app purchase, made through the App Store and processed by Apple. Apple handles your payment and the record of your purchase as its own responsibility, under Apple’s privacy policy. We never see your payment details or your Apple Account.
The app does not keep its own copy of your purchase. When it needs to know whether you own the full course, it asks the App Store on your Apple TV.
Simulated chips only
Learn Texas Hold’em teaches the game with simulated chips. Never any real-money play: there is no wagering, no chip balance to buy or cash out, and nothing of value to win.
Sharing and third parties
The app sends us no data, so we have none to share.Learn Texas Hold’em has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs or services that collect or receive your information. The only other party involved is Apple, for the in-app purchase described above.
Keeping and removing your data
Your lesson progress stays on your Apple TV until you delete the app. Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. Apple keeps its record of your purchase under its own policy, which is what lets the app restore the full course for you.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and erase it. As Learn Texas Hold’em collects nothing and we keep no copy of anything, there is no data of yours for us to hand over or erase. Deleting the app removes your lesson progress. For your purchase record, you can exercise your rights with Apple.

Children
Learn Texas Hold’em does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Lesson progress stays on the Apple TV it was made on.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The current version always lives at this address.
